The editor-in-chief of the International Collection of Scientific papers «Problems of long-term development of railway stations and junctions», Doctor of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor GOLOVNICH Alexander Konstantinovich, Professor of the Department of General Technical and Special Disciplines of the educational institution «Belarusian State University of Transport», chief researcher of the BSUT Railway Transport Testing Center.

He is engaged in issues of automation of design and modeling of railway stations and junctions, the author of about 300 scientific papers, including 3 textbooks, 3 study guides, 4 monographs, many of which were published in collaboration with the teams of scientists of BSUT, RUT (MIIT), RSURE, SSURE, PSURE in Russian publishing houses.
