- Participation in the development of rules for the carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo;
- Development of rules for commercial inspection of trains and wagons;
- Development of Instructions for station commercial reporting on cargo transportation;
- Development of technical standards for loading wagons and containers;
- Development of instructions on the procedure and technology of weighing goods, maintenance, maintenance and repair of weighing devices;
- Development of the TCP 8.015-2014 (02190) «Procedure for determining the maximum discrepancies in the results of determining the net weight of cargo transported by rail»;
