Information and reference system of technical and regulatory and methodological documentation of the Transportation Management Center of the Belarusian Railway

The information and reference system of technical and regulatory and methodological documentation of the Transportation Management Center of the Belarusian Railway is designed for the automated formation of a database of regulatory and methodological support for the operational personnel of the Transportation Management Center of the Transportation Service of the Belarusian Railway, work with it and administration.

The purpose of the system is to create a unified information base of technical and regulatory and methodological documentation, systematized by functions and objects of management of the personnel of the Transportation Management Center and administered in real time.

The main functions of the system:

• creation of a database of prototype files of normative, reference and methodological documents, systematized by the functions of the staff;
• converting prototype files to html format;
• creation of a database of html documents, systematized by functions and objects of personnel management;
• editing, adding and deleting information from the database in real time;
• system administration: adding or removing users, changing the status of user access to information, changing the database structure, and others;
• ensuring the reliability of the system: logging user actions, backup and archiving of information;
• integration with related information systems.

The implementation of the system makes it possible to increase the productivity of personnel when obtaining reference information of regulatory and methodological support; to increase the consistency of managerial decision-making; to increase the efficiency of transportation organization by ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the information support of the transportation process organization system in the conditions of operation of the Transportation Management Center.
