Automated system of complex analysis of the work of the road «ASKARD»

The system of complex analysis allows to carry out:

• objective and comprehensive assessment of the work of the road (branch) as a whole, its farms and enterprises in terms of the success of the implementation of established plans and standards in terms of volume, structure and quality; the degree of use of allocated resources, internal reserves, as well as the implementation of previously developed organizational and technical measures;

• the study of achievements and shortcomings in the work of departments, identification of the causes and areas that had the greatest impact on the change of certain indicators compared to the plan and with the last (baseline) period, and, if possible, measuring the magnitude of this influence;

• differentiation of the reasons for deviation of actual operational performance indicators from planned (basic) and their quantitative change depending and independent of roads;

• identification of shortcomings in the organization of planning during the analysis and ensuring the accumulation of necessary data in order to increase the validity of plans and standards for the future;
• forecasting of expected results of operational activities of the road and farms for the planned period;
• preparation of analytical materials for the development of optimal management solutions that are effective for the road and its divisions.
