A.A. Yerofeyev at the III Forum of Rectors of Universities of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Belarus(2)

On November 27-28, the III Forum of Rectors of Universities of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Belarus was held in Dushanbe.

Its theme is "Education as the most important factor in strengthening bilateral ties between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Belarus".

Alexander Alexandrovich Yerofeyev, Vice-rector for Research at the Belarusian State University of Transport, took part in the Forum as part of the Belarusian delegation.

The Rectors' Forum was held on the basis of the Technological University of Tajikistan. On the first day, the grand opening of the event, the exhibition of scientific and educational achievements and the plenary session took place.

A number of bilateral agreements were signed during the forum, including an agreement on academic exchanges and cooperation between the Belarusian State University of Transport and the Tajik Technical University named after M. Osimi.

In addition to the above-mentioned events, Yerofeyev A.A. took part in the section "Digital transformation as a new model for the development of the education and science system".

On the second day of the forum, within the framework of the previously reached agreements, Yerofeyev A.A. visited the faculties of the Tajik Technical University named after M. Osimi, where he was able to get acquainted with the features of the educational process, the state of the laboratory base and the main areas of scientific research.

The agreements reached during the Rectors' Forum will allow for further development of educational and scientific cooperation between the BSUT and universities in Tajikistan.
