From June 4, 2019 to June 6, 2019, the international exhibition WasteTech-2019, the leading forum in Russia, the CIS and Baltic countries on waste management, environmental technologies and renewable energy, where world leading developers energy-efficient technologies in the field of recycling, including sewage sludge from sewage treatment plants, present their scientific and technical achievements, developed equipment and introduce visitors to innovative methods of using waste s in the construction industry.

The exhibition includes acquaintance with a wide range of environmental protection equipment and services, waste management and recycling, recycling of waste into energy, protection of water and air basins, landscaping of populated areas.
Associate Professor of the Department "Ecology and Energy Efficiency in the Technosphere" Vostrova R.N. is a visitor to the exhibition since 2005, uses the knowledge gained in practice: in examining projects for the reconstruction of municipal sewage treatment plants, in supervising graduate students, in graduate design and scientific contract work of the department, with wide involvement of students of the faculty of construction in the developments.
