The laboratory staff carried out an expert evaluation of the project of a mineral carrier wagon designed by the PESA enterprise in Bydgoszcz (Poland) on the basis of the frame of the universal platform mod.13-401. The NERIS-ZNTK enterprise in Vilnius (Lithuania) manufactured an experimental wagon that passed all tests at the All-Russian Research Institute of Railway Transport of the Russian Federation.
