At the Faculty for teaching foreign citizens, foreign citizens are accepted and trained in the chosen specialty of the university on the basis of full payment of the cost of training on the basis of contracts concluded with the university. Foreign citizens can get the following levels of education at the university:
To obtain higher education, foreign citizens must have the necessary level of education corresponding to the general secondary or secondary specialized education in the Republic of Belarus, or the education necessary for studying at the magistracy.
Foreign students with higher education at the master's level are admitted to the postgraduate course of the University. Training in postgraduate studies is carried out either in full-time or in absentia.
For internships, as well as for advanced training, foreign citizens with relevant education can be accepted.
At the correspondence faculty, training is conducted on curricula that provide for a shortened period of study (if there is an appropriate secondary specialized education).

Training in correspondence mode is carried out with the call of students during the academic year at a session during which students are engaged in classroom activities, they defend prepared course projects (works), perform control and laboratory work, pass exams and tests they are given new tasks, a methodology for their implementation is outlined. The Military Transport Faculty was founded in 2003, it is a structural sub-division of the university and carries out the training of officers for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus in the specialty "Management of units of troops transportation " by directions (Qualification - management specialist. Civil Engineer-builder).
For the period of training, cadets are provided with all kinds of allowances, they are covered by all the benefits provided for military personnel, and monetary allowances are paid.

The Faculty “Industrial and civil engineering and construction" provides training of highly qualified engineers to carry out practical tasks for the construction and maintenance of industrial and civil structures that ensure the harmonious development of cities, as well as various modes of transport.
Students of this Faculty take an active part in the organization of thematic exhibitions of city, regional and republican scale. Mechanical faculty is one of the oldest in BelSUT. The “Transportation Engineering and Construction” faculty provides training for specialists with advanced knowledge in the design and construction of railways, highways and transport infrastructure.
Specialties of the Faculty of Construction:
The visiting card of the faculty is the project "Educating the leadership and professional qualities of students through participation in the work of student construction teams." Within the framework of this project, all future members of the construction teams undergo a thorough selection, which also includes the passing of exams for the knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations with an assessment of at least 7 points (on a 10-point scale). Construction teams for the students of the faculty are an integral part of the educational process, a full-fledged production practice.
