Participation in the online conference "Globalization and youth of Uzbekistan"

The current stage of domestic and foreign education development is characterized by the influence of complex social transformations taking place in the world today, as well as by integration processes in educational, scientific and technical, cultural and other areas. The established priorities in education and culture ultimately determine the country's economic development. Therefore, the desire for the greatest efficiency of the educational process, the strengthening of cultural ties is manifested, first of all, in the diverse innovative activities of higher educational institutions in different countries. This feature is also typical for the educational systems of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Uzbekistan, in which foreign pedagogical experience is in demand and interest in various directions, types and forms of pedagogical innovations and research activities is growing.
On June 27, 2020, an online conference "Globalization and youth of Uzbekistan" was held, organized and conducted by the Institute for the Study of Youth Problems and the Training of Perspective Personnel at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in which Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Nevzorova A.B. and master's student S. Shukurova, representing the Belarusian State University of Transport.
The relevance of the topic of the conference was confirmed by the activity of the discussion, in which the speakers noted the importance of cooperation between educational institutions of different countries and the possibility of acquiring pedagogical experience, as well as mastering the methods and techniques of conducting research work, which S. Shukurova, who is studying for a magistracy, spoke about in her speech BSUT in the direction of the Tashkent Institute of Railway Engineers. She emphasized that today international scientific contacts are very important for young scientists, which contribute to the development of the intellectual potential of both Uzbek and Belarusian researchers.
