Design Department

The design department was established on 10.11.2009 to develop design and estimate documentation and reorganized in 2018. The Department is a functional structural subdivision of the Belarusian State University of Transport. The Department reports to the Vice-Rector for Scientific Work. In its activities, the department is guided by the normative and methodological documents of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus, the Charter of the University, orders and orders of the rector.

The direction of activity of the design department:

• preparation of initial data for design;
• assistance in obtaining technical specifications and initial permits;
• preliminary design;
• inspection of buildings and structures;
• development of design and working documentation for construction reconstruction restoration and major repairs of buildings and structures.
• author supervision functions of the general designer.
