May 30, 2018 a meeting of representatives of the British Council on cultural relations and educational opportunities with the dean of the foreign students faculty, the head of Slavic and Roman-Germanic languages department and teachers of English, who participated in the training of CiVELT in March on the basis of the Minsk State Linguistic University.
The delegation of BelSUT led by the rector of the University Yuri Kulazhenko visited the Riga Technical University (Republic of Latvia). During the visit, an agreement on cooperation was signed between the Belarusian State University of Transport and the Riga Technical University.
May 24, 2018 teachers of the English language department of the Slavic and Roman-Germanic languages E.V. Makutonina and M.I. Drozdova invited the students of the BelSUT to take part in a meeting with the American jazz singer Myrna Clayton, organized by the US Embassy and the Gomel Regional Universal Library.
On May 22, 2018, the presentation of modern teaching and laboratory equipment by the Taiwanese firm K&H MFG.Co was held at BelSUT. The presentation was conducted by representatives of the company and employees of "Приборостроительная компания" (Minsk).
Associate Professor of the Department of "Customs" Shestak Olga N. as head of the intellectual and economic club BASE took part in the program of professional and cultural exchange "Community Connections" (April, 2018). As part of 10 representatives of the business community from Belarus, she completed a three-week internship on the topic "Entrepreneurship Training Programs" in Kansas City, Missouri, United States of America.
On April 11, 2018 at 17.00 a round table was held at the Department of Slavic and Romance-Germanic Languages with a delegation of teachers and students of the Hohai and Nanjing Universities of the People's Republic of China.
On November 24, 2017, the delegation of BSUT, represented by the first vice-rector Yuri Samodum and the head of the international relations department Yuri Shebzukhov took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Prospects for the Development of Road Construction and Engineering and Communication Infrastructures" (Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan).
On November 24, 2017, the Agreement on cooperation between the Belarusian State University of Transport and the Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic for Chinese citizens’ joint training was signed. According the Agreement a project for joint training of specialists in the management of operational work in railway transport will be implemented.
On October 26, 2017, representatives of our university, vice-rector for science work Alexander Erofeev and the head of the International Relations Department Yuri Shebzukhov, took part in the international scientific and practical conference "Development of Belarusian-Chinese higher education cooperation in the context of the "Belt and Path" project".
The delegation of BSUT, headed by the Rector of the University, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, Associate Professor Kulazhenko Yuri Ivanovich, visited educational and industrial organizations of the People's Republic of China.
